Lettuce Wraps and Beef Teriyaki Skewers

One of my favorite item at PF Chang's is their lettuce wraps! I think they are great! I don't know about you, but sometimes I think of my side item, then come up with an entree to go with it! This particular weeknight meal was Beef Teriyaki skewers that I marinated over night with teriyaki sauce and garlic, with a small out amount of salt, pepper and a dash of worcestershire sauce: (it doesn't look that appetizing, but in order to get the full flavor, marinating over night is the best!)
Of course, Mr. Movie loves Pineapple, and I thought it would be a great way to include another flavor to the meal!
I used the George Foreman Grill to grill these guys!

Now for the lettuce wraps, I used:
Ground chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions, garlic and rice noodles.
For the record, the rice noodles don't taste so great plain, they definitely need to be cooked, which I suppose makes sense, but I didn't realize right away!

Here is the final product!

Do you have a favorite recipe that you like to re-create from a favorite restaurant? I would love to hear about it!
